Wellness Clinical Research is recognizing Principal Investigator Lucky Flores, MD, for his documented study group credit in the Phase 3 GRAVITI publication.
The paper appeared online in Gastroenterology on March 18, 2025, and in the August 2025 issue. This October 2026 WCR announcement highlights an earlier publication.
A fully subcutaneous treatment approach
GRAVITI was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial in adults with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease. It examined an induction and maintenance approach using subcutaneous guselkumab, an antibody targeting interleukin-23.
The study assessed clinical remission and endoscopic response. The published findings provide evidence about a treatment delivery approach relevant to inflammatory bowel disease development.
The documented investigator contribution
The acknowledgments identify the GRAVITI study group and include the name Flores Lucky. PubMed records the same study group contribution. WCR recognizes Dr. Flores for this investigator credit without attributing manuscript authorship or overall study leadership to him.
Research experience relevant to sponsors and CROs
Dr. Flores serves as a Principal Investigator with Wellness Clinical Research in Miami Lakes, Florida. His documented publication contributions support a broader record of involvement in gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease programs.
For sponsors and CROs evaluating a new study, investigator experience is considered alongside protocol requirements, patient access, specialty coordination, and the site’s operational capacity.
